About LetsDressUp
LetsDressUp is a fashion-tech company that is trying to disrupt the customized clothing market. Given that India still doesn't have its own size chart and fashion e-commerce has the highest return rates (more than 40%) in the industry, LetsDressUp is trying to solve an interesting use-case, that is 'how to execute and deliver a perfect-fit outfit at the customer's doorstep in a scalable manner?' We are approaching the problem by creating a brand in the stitching market, which is highly unorganized and driven mostly by local tailors, boutiques, and studios, which are large enough (more than $10 billion). The stitching market is enabled by an aggregation of reliable tailor-partners.
About the job
We are seeking to hire a skilled client acquisition/sales executive who will be responsible for the end-to-end customer journey.

Key responsibilities:

1. Working with the founders to build the overall customer acquisition strategy
2. Working on being the face and voice of the company when it comes to talking to clients
3. Converting the qualified leads into clients by addressing their concerns and suggesting awesome fashion designs
4. Managing the issue resolution for the current clients across channels including emails, calls, social media, WhatsApp, etc. (this would involve coordinating with the design and operations teams to provide a timely resolution to the clients)
5. Reaching out to existing clients to understand what worked for them and what can be improved to make their experience better the next time

Who can apply

5. A candidate having internship experience in a customer-oriented role would be preferred (not mandatory)


CTC: 3 - 8 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
