We are seeking to hire a skilled client acquisition/sales executive who will be responsible for the end-to-end customer journey.
Key responsibilities:
1. Working with the founders to build the overall customer acquisition strategy
2. Working on being the face and voice of the company when it comes to talking to clients
3. Converting the qualified leads into clients by addressing their concerns and suggesting awesome fashion designs
4. Managing the issue resolution for the current clients across channels including emails, calls, social media, WhatsApp, etc. (this would involve coordinating with the design and operations teams to provide a timely resolution to the clients)
5. Reaching out to existing clients to understand what worked for them and what can be improved to make their experience better the next time
Only female candidates would be hired for this role, as our target audience includes women looking to buy personalized clothing
Must have the availability to work full-time from the office (Sector 51, Gurgaon) on an immediate basis (no work from home)
Must possess great communication skills both written and verbal
Must be passionate about working for a start-up in a high visibility role that offers high incentives based on your performance
A candidate having internship experience in a customer-oriented role would be preferred (not mandatory)
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
