1. Talking to customers over live chat, email, and phone calls and helping them achieve what they're looking for
2. Providing support in all aspects of customers' day-to-day operations
3. Crafting help center articles that help merchants with their queries and ensuring that they are constantly updated
4. Interacting with cross-functional tech, finance, and operations teams to ensure prompt responses
Probation details: The job will start with a probation period of 3-6 months, during which the stipend will be Rs 10000/month.
