About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Immaculate operational planning and coordination
2. Coordinate with the faculty, students, and academic teams for effective training operations
3. Work on ensuring due fees receivable from students
4. Work on ensuring the overall user and learning experience is of high quality
5. Adhere to the reports and operational timelines
6. Take into account up-selling and cross-selling

Skill(s) required

Client Relationship MS-Excel MS-Office MS-PowerPoint MS-Word

Other requirements

Have a system and process-driven bent of mind

Deadline-driven and have a day-to-day work approach

Strong relationship management at the student level

Ability to leverage relationships to upsell and cross-sell

Have certification in Six Sigma or any process certification

Any course graduate shall apply

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,10,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 85%

2. Variable component: 15%
