About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Immaculate operational planning and coordination
2. Coordinate with the faculty, students, and academic teams for effective training operations
3. Work on ensuring due fees receivable from students
4. Work on ensuring the overall user and learning experience is of high quality
5. Adhere to the reports and operational timelines
6. Take into account up-selling and cross-selling
Skill(s) required
MS-Office MS-Word MS-PowerPoint MS-Excel Client Relationship
Who can apply

1. Have a system and process-driven bent of mind

2. Deadline-driven and have a day-to-day work approach

3. Strong relationship management at the student level

4. Ability to leverage relationships to upsell and cross-sell

5. Have certification in Six Sigma or any process certification

6. Any course graduate shall apply


Annual CTC: 3 - 3.1 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 85%

2. Variable component: 15%
