About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide data science training to industry, working professionals, students, and data science aspirants
2. Deliver training using the most appropriate training techniques
3. Coordinate with subject matter experts to augment the delivery of training
4. Share feedback with the appropriate leaders in the organization
5. Develop projects and assignments to meet training objectives for the targeted audiences
6. Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc.
7. Observe and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
8. Make improvements as necessary
9. Organize & facilitate forums of interaction, learning, and action for the relevant audiences and industry practice documents and share best practices within the organization

Computer science background

Understanding and working knowledge of prominent methodologies like machine learning algorithms, logistic/linear regressions, data mining, and algorithms

Knowledge of any of the analytical tools like R, MINITAB, or Python

Trained in topics right from descriptive analytics, data management in r, inferential to predictive analytics, such as multiple linear regression, logistic regression, time series modeling, text mining, big data technologies (Hadoop ecosystem, Spark using scala, PySpark, Cloudera toolset), machine learning (using R, Python, and SAS), and data visualization (using Tableau and Power BI)

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
