1. Call customers and provide coaching/counseling to diabetes type 2 individuals over audio/video (the candidate will be provided with appropriate training around diabetes essentials, cognitive-behavioral protocols, nudging paradigms, analytics & as well as essentials of customer service)
2. Participate in the creation of meals, activities & lifestyle plans focused on diabetes prevention, management, and reversal
3. Compute nutritional values of ingredients, recipes, and other food items
4. Use the software to learn about the customer and conduct a deep analysis of all the custom attributes in order to come up with lines of management
5. Take part in daily and weekly status and analysis sessions (some sessions may happen early in the morning or late in the evening)
6. Compose, write and submit reports about customer communication and general status on a daily/weekly basis
7. Compose and deliver presentations to customers as part of customer training
8. Deliver presentations to various internal teams that include doctors and scientists
