About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Write copy for Facebook and Instagram Ads
2. Create graphics for Facebook and Instagram ads
3. Build (or rebuild) facebook targeting audiences
4. Curate pain/desire-driven copy (for organic & ad post)
5. Break into new audiences
6. Work on high-frequency Facebook posting
7. Respond to every comment and build brand equity
8. Build sales funnels using Clickfunnels
9. Generate leads and sales using Facebook and Instagram ads
10. Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
11. Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs
12. Work on continuous monitoring of results and improving ads
13. Work on reporting of results of Facebook & Instagram campaigns
14. Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns
15. Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports
16. Work on conversion points and optimize user funnels
17. Work on optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Experience in growing a brand through social media and funnel creation, to join the team at our office in Chennai-Teynampet. The focus of this position will be to plan and execute internet marketing campaigns

This is an advanced Facebook advertising position for someone who has grown a brand's presence and sales through Facebook ads and social media, who also wants to learn how to leverage the power of Facebook advertising to get business results. In this position, you will be required to manage all Facebook ads, power editor, generate audiences, and create Facebook ads that convert. More importantly, you will be responsible for lead generation and sales across multiple US brands

Proven record growing a brand through social media and Facebook ads

Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels & technologies and content distribution and placement networks like Outbrain, Taboola, & Buffer

Some experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results

Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
