Key responsibilities:

1. Researching and learning about different token projects
2. Comparing blockchain architecture in different applications
3. Researching techno-functional aspects of different blockchain projects for different use cases
4. Contributing to high-value research reports used by policymakers and CEOs

Other requirements

Should have done certificate courses or coursework in major crypto protocols - Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cardano, Stellar, Tezos, etc.

Should have experience in building Dapps or prototypes in blockchain

Some knowledge of DLT is preferred but not mandatory

Strong analytical bent of mind in comparing, contrasting platforms, and understanding techno-functional aspects

Ability to work with people in teams

Interest in research & learning

Good communication skills

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 - 8,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
