Based on your initial assessment you will be put into either sales engineer or sourcing engineer track for your career development. Initial 3 months you will be paired with one mentor to train you on your track. After successful completion of the trainee period and assessment at the end of the trainee period, you will be offered a full-time role.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work with customers to understand their parts, services requirements
2. Create quotations and negotiate deals with customers
3. Work as a single point of contact for your customers and own up all business that with your set of customers
4. Work with vendor development team for identifying, assessing new vendors
5. Handle day to day operations of purchases done with a set of suppliers
6. Work with suppliers to resolve customer queries/deal closure
