About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on end to end accounting principles, accounting standards, and GAAP
2. Work on passing journal entries/adjustment entries
3. Work on scrutinizing all ledgers, passing necessary pending entries on a timely basis, and reporting issues to the finance manager
4. Work on reviewing the books of accounts every month
5. Work on comparing actuals to forecasts prior period to ensure correct and timely month-end closing & investigating unusual postings and/or escalating the same
6. Develop monthly and/or quarterly balance sheet reconciliations and related analysis
7. Work on cash flow forecasting, sales/expense forecasting & preparation of metrics on a quarterly/monthly basis
8. Work on the preparation, payment, and filing of TDS & GST returns
9. Follow up on accounts receivable and accounts payable
10. Assist the internal and statutory auditors and prepare necessary reports as and when required
11. Study business processes & work on trend analysis and using various business tools to assist in the critical decision-making process and better cost control measures

Accounting MS-Excel English Proficiency (Written)

CTC: 4 - 4.5 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 80%
