Key responsibilities:
1. Grow WIOM customers in identified areas using various sales methods
2. Create strategies to maximize funnel throughput and renewal rates
3. Set up customer servicing processes and systems

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,20,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
