About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Following and understanding the recruitment SOPs
2. Tracking and maintaining the recruitment software every day
3. Taking ownership and closing on positions with clients
4. Scheduling and interviews through calendar & following up for confirmations
5. Escalating stagnancies in the recruitment funnels and taking initiative to resolve roadblocks
6. Assisting the manager in the negotiation stage to close out positions with candidates
7. Sourcing leads and finding clients for new job briefs

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 250000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 50000 /year
