About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Update and post job descriptions for multiple profiles on various portals
2. Source candidates by using databases, social media, training centers, off-campus drives, etc.
3. Screen and shortlist candidates for telephonic interviews
4. Schedule and conduct telephonic interviews
5. Schedule and coordinate in-person technical interviews
6. Prepare status reports
7. Help define and implement HR policies
8. Monitor HR activities
9. Prepare reports
10. Conduct 1:1s and review meetings

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Word Recruitment

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn MS-Excel

Learn Business Communication

Other requirements

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be a graduate from any stream

Candidates having experience in recruitment will have an added advantage

Candidates from Andheri, Ghatkopar, Powai, and nearby areas will be preferred
