Key responsibilities:

1. Generating new sales and retaining existing customers
2. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads
3. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
4. Researching and discovering methods to increase customer engagement
5. Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales
6. Addressing and resolving customer complaints
7. Working with your team members to facilitate calls and manage workflow
8. Providing weekly sales reports
