About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales
2. Work on the recruitment and management of agents - Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective regio
3. Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products
4. Monitor and review the agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business
5. Meet customers on a regular basis for achieving standards
6. Supervise and liaise with the self-help group/micro-finance institutions/NGOs etc.
7. Work on agent recruitment
8. Work on agent's productivity
9. Work on product mix & business mix
10. Maintain persistency

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
