Startxlabs is hiring candidates for the 'IT Recruiter' profile.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Making job descriptions and getting them approved
2. Posting the job in different online portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre, Hirist, and different other potential sources
3. Aggressively building a pipeline of top talent by sourcing across multiple and creative channels
4. Preparing a checklist and managing multiple technical positions
5. Handling campus placement and arrangement
6. Searching relevant profiles from different databases and cold calling
7. Taking care of telephonic screening and scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates
8. Writing email and taking follow-up with candidates on the interview process status
9. Maintaining data and records
10. Managing employer branding and building networks
11. Handling other HR-related operations activities
12. Managing the onboarding process

Who can apply

1. Candidates with 0-6 months of experience can apply

2. Candidates will be responsible for end-to-end in-house recruitment for IT software services

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 15,000 /month
