1. Guide a team of business development interns and help them unleash their true potential
2. Lead by example by demonstrating how to onboard customers quickly and build long-term customer relationships
3. Understand customer pain points and liaise with the product team for continuous product improvement

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 4 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
