About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Study design briefs and determine requirements
2. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
3. Pitch creative ideas
4. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
5. Develop illustrations and other designs using software
6. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
7. Work on proofreading of content to produce accurate and high-quality work
8. Work with copywriters and management to produce the final design
9. Work with a wide range of media, including photography
10. Test graphics across various media
11. Amend designs after feedback
12. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and as per brand guidelines
13. Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3d Max, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, and Flash

Design software and video-editing technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects)

A keen eye for aesthetics and details

Is flexible to work hours

A degree in design, fine arts, or related field is a plus

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 /year
