Junior Operations Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide back-end support to the project head
2. Collect the reports from the site and send the daily progress report (DPR) to the project team and customers
3. Collect the material's inward details from the store in charge and track the materials consumed, transferred, or received from other contractors and companies
4. Send routine/specific emails to the customers and follow up
5. Prepare invoices (necessary documents would be given by the respective teams)
6. Work on office inventory maintenance
7. Book travel and accommodation

Probation details: The job will start with a probation period of 3 months, during which the salary will be Rs 15000/month.
