1. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
2. Work on sourcing, searching, and identifying consultants using job boards
3. Establish contacts with candidates and keep them updated on the next steps
4. Work on maintaining the internal database of consultants as per their skill sets

Additional information
The job will start with a probation period of 3 months and the salary provided would be Rs. 12000/Month. After 3 months, the candidate would be converted to a full-time employee based on the performance. We will also provide certificates after the completion of training.
