About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Receiving calls and calling patients to schedule appointments at the clinic
2. Maintaining patient's data entries into the computer
3. Making sure the patients are comfortable and their queries on phone and email are answered on time

Probation details: The job will start with a probation period of 6 months, during which the salary will be Rs 15000-18000/month.
