Key Account Manager (B2B) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Overseeing account marketing performance, relationship management, and execution of all client projects/contracts
2. Managing day-to-day contact for multiple clients & ensuring that all deliverables outlined in the contracted/schedule are completed
3. Strategizing with the executive sponsor on potential upsells and client resigns in order to expand and retain business
4. Handling sales processes and navigating CRMs
5. Communicating with client sales teams, directors, and executives about the sale process, lead quality/scoring, and eventually closed business
6. Speaking to clients about every major channel in the PDMs arsenal
7. Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
8. Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
9. Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
10. Building strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the accounts of middle and senior management, including CXOs
11. Driving revenue enhancement in the accounts through effective account management, along-with retention of the existing revenue
