About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Plan monthly/quarterly marketing campaign calendar for the city and own the execution of these campaigns
2. Work on growth levers of the business - user acquisition, activation, retention, and growth
3. Build brand awareness of the company via region-specific BTL activations
4. Identify and develop new growth channels with an extreme focus on ROI
5. Evaluate local and national tie-ups for the B2B business growth
6. Explore new growth ideas and exploiting proven concepts with excellent execution
7. Work with various cross functions teams eg. product, analytics, digital marketing teams for analyzing various data points and execute successful campaigns
8. Develop business insights based on rigorous numerical analysis

Who can apply

1. 2+ years of relevant growth/marketing/customer acquisition experience

2. Ecommerce/Startup experience preferred

3. Excellent knowledge of BTL marketing activations, social media, community management, influencer marketing, & marketing budget control and experience in B2B marketing

4. A high degree of ownership in taking things to completion

5. Highly analytical with experience in tracking various funnels, cohorts & take data-backed decisions

6. Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements

7. Working knowledge of SQL or any other scripting language is a very big plus

8. Candidate should be fluent in the local language (Tamil)


Annual CTC: 7 - 8 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
