2+ years of relevant growth/marketing/customer acquisition experience
Ecommerce/Startup experience preferred
Excellent knowledge of BTL marketing activations, social media, community management, influencer marketing, & marketing budget control and experience in B2B marketing
A high degree of ownership in taking things to completion
Highly analytical with experience in tracking various funnels, cohorts & take data-backed decisions
Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
Working knowledge of SQL or any other scripting language is a very big plus
Candidate should be fluent in the local language (Tamil)
Annual CTC: ₹ 7,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
