About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Identify unmet and unarticulated needs of the customer
2. Work collaboratively with the direct sales team and customers to provide support for all pre-sales and technical aspects of the sales cycle. In turn, it is a 360 role for a growing company
3. Drive customer demand for technology products & solutions from customers and support sales team members for customer acquisition (KPI measure will be in terms of the number of customer acquisition and revenue add along with the sales team)
4. Ensure the technical feasibility
5. Work on migration & deployment, customer outreach, product adoption & usage, demos, and POCs, technical support, and creation of commercials proposal & scope of work
6. Work on pre-sales activities, promoting Microsoft 365, SaaS, and other cloud offerings along with attached services
7. Analyze customer needs, design solutions and negotiate for the orders
8. Prepare solutions containing design documents, the scope of work, architecture, bill of material of cloud/it hardware, and managed services
9. Convey the designed solution to customers by demos, PoC's, training, videos, and webinars to drive requirements

Salary

CTC: 4 - 6 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
