About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build a local sports project (LSP/commercial policy) to make your sport accessible to as many as sport users in your catchment
2. Manage overall omni-business for the sport
3. Interact with like-minded sport users and customers with the objective of satisfying the user
4. Choose your product range as per the catchment analysis
5. Remain accountable for merchandising and stock of your sports territory
6. Work on piloting, budgeting, and PnL for your sport (margin, shrinkage)
7. Guarantee the result of your economic performance with the right forecasting and analysis of the results
8. Practice your sport a minimum of once a week within exceptional seasonal sports
9. Build a sports community in your catchment
10. Mediate between the user and the country's sports leader (feedback)
11. Update your planner, including events, workshops, and leaves
12. Recruit future sports leaders with the help of your coach

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 24,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 92%

2. Variable component: 8%
