Online Marketplaces Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Take P & L responsibility for the marketplace business of Dr. Vaidya s
2. Manage existing relationships with 3P platforms
3. Maintain the online listing sheets for the brand and make updates as products are added, prices are changed, etc.
4. Audit all online listings on a weekly basis and ensure that changes are made if there are any errors
5. Maintain relationships with account managers at the platforms
6. Stay abreast of happenings on the platforms i.e. promotions, sales, changes in listing, change in focus of the platform, etc.
7. Keep collecting data for platforms (e.g. top selling products, competitor performance, advertising mechanisms, etc.)
8. Ensure that the brand participates in all-important sales and events on platforms (e.g. Prime day on Amazon, specific category sale, etc.)
9. Take responsibility for brand visibility on the platform through paid and non-paid initiatives (barter, sampling, etc.)
10. Find other 3P platforms that may be relevant for the brand and ensure listing on these platforms
11. Take responsibility for entire 3P P & L and accountability for MOM sales growth
12. Ensure that the return rate for the brand is <15%
13. Ensure that no platform is unfairly discounting the brand so as to ensure that brand reputation is maintained
