Operations Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist the founders in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions relating to the operation of parents, internal sales teams, and teachers
2. Set processes with the sales teams to drive sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis
3. Manage CRM on a day to day basis and drive sanctity of data within the tool and with teams to ensure compliance
4. Roll out sales incentives & teacher incentives aligned to weekly and monthly goal KPIs
5. Drive what, how, and when questions of communication to parents and teachers
6. Drive NPS scores and structure process flows to ensure high customer satisfaction
7. Ensure the use of appropriate communication channels for reaching out to parents and teachers and drive deep engagement and alignment with business goals
8. Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in aspects relating to increased performance in various assigned areas
9. Structure and manage processes around teacher selection, quality, and supply to meet the demand of live classes
