We are looking for a self-driven and talented PPC executive to join our team. The candidate will be managing our client portfolio to help improve their search campaigns. The candidate should be able to contribute to business growth by implementing the skills from experience. Keep up with the latest industry updates. PPC executive is responsible for assisting the digital marketing manager in implementing Percoyo s client s overall communications and marketing plan focusing specifically on digital communications.

Key responsibilities:

1. Creating and handling PPC campaigns
2. Performing ongoing paid keyword research, expansion, and optimization
3. Providing recommendations and executing strategies for the keyword, opportunities, ad copy creation, campaign structuring, targeting
4. Ensuring PPC campaigns are up and optimized according to the brief and best practice guidelines
5. Monitoring and analyzing campaigns to meet revenue goals
6. Developing, understanding, and executing digital marketing strategies
7. Analyzing reports to develop insights and drive digital marketing content strategies
8. Working on lead generation
9. Handling a portfolio of accounts and taking end to end ownership
10. Executing A/B tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
11. Collaborating with the sales and development teams to create converting landing pages to achieve the advertiser's delight
12. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends
13. Generating weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives
14. Assisting in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging
15. Preparing weekly updates and reports to track the growth and success rates of campaigns
16. Ensuring proper messaging is being executed online
17. Identifying leaders and influencers (internal/external) and engaging them in brand activities
18. Assisting with website copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed
19. Working on keyword research and analysis & increase quality score
20. Generating weekly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, etc.

Other requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mass communication & journalism, BBA/BBM & MBA marketing/digital marketing

Must know about Google AdWords, Linkedin Ads, Insta Ads, Facebook Ads, Quora Ads, etc.

Excellent analytical skills

Strong independent decision-making, time management, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills

Highly numerate with advanced Excel experience

Ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of complex data from multiple sources

Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,10,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
