About the job
We are looking for a product analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product features.

Key responsibilities:

1. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and implementing solutions
2. Conducting market research and competition analysis and contributing to feature ideation and product evolution
3. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
4. Performing requirements analysis based on client interaction and for product improvement
5. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
6. Taking charge of customer experience by ensuring they are leveraging product solutions effectively and finding value in our service
7. Defining configuration specifications as well as helping design, document, and maintain product manuals
8. Developing project plans, managing projects, prioritizing initiatives, and monitoring performance with timely delivery
9. Reporting on common sources of technical issues or questions and collaborating with the product team
10. Constantly being on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discovering issues, and delivering better value to the customer
Skill(s) required
Product Management
Who can apply

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

2. Proficiency in interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and demonstrating the product features appropriately

3. Proven capabilities in project management and user-testing management

4. Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions

5. Extensive experience with data visualization

6. Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications

7. Experience: 0-1 years of B2B experience in software products or related IT products and solutions & experience in the education domain will be an added advantage


Annual CTC: 3 - 5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
