Quality Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Process daily orders and work on sales and profits of the e-store
2. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
3. Communicate, execute and manage e-marketing plans in cooperation with other team members
4. Manage all store operational issues, including store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
5. Manage the speed of service results & control inventory that is used for service orders and work on overall organization and appearance of the service
6. Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up (to run an online shop by carrying out online marketing plans and daily operations to boost site traffic and generate sales)
