About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on end to end recruitment - sourcing, screening, coordination & fulfilments
2. Work on stakeholder management - internal & external senior HR professionals
3. Manage reports, trackers, MIS, and our recruitment platform
4. Contribute to the company's product/strategy discussions
5. Work on relationship management

Requirements:

1. Must have a university degree (preferably related)
2. Must have some prior experience (jobs, internships, etc.)

Skill(s) required

Client Relationship English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel Recruitment

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn MS-Excel

Learn Business Communication

Other requirements

Prior relevant experience in a startup is preferred

Location proximity to our office (Green Park, New Delhi 110016 - 5 minute walk from metro station) is preferred

Experience in technical hiring is a plus

MBA (HR/marketing) is a plus

Immediate joiners would be preferred

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 85%

2. Variable component: 15%
