Key responsibilities:

1. Working on various tech stacks and gaining full visibility of the end-to-end development spectrum
2. Taking end-to-end ownership of the project - (for any given project, we have one person who is responsible; while they don t necessarily have to do all the work themselves, it s their job to make sure all the work gets done)
3. Working alongside the founders, thought leaders, and leading engineers
4. Building Android mobile apps from scratch and contributing to open source libraries

Other requirements

Must have a strong technical background with 6+ months of experience in Android development

Must have had some experience building Android mobile apps from scratch or contributing to open-source libraries

Must be someone who prefers simple solutions and designs over complex ones, and has a good intuition for what is lasting and scalable

Must have strong knowledge and experience of applying Android MVVM/MVI and best practices

Must have an understanding of OOP, OS concepts, data structure & algorithms, data stores - SQLite, NoSQL, etc.

Must have a working knowledge of Firebase Firestore

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,80,000 - 5,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
