Assistant Coordinator - Tender Department Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Support the sales team & tender department in all activities
2. Check government websites regularly for tenders and compile all inquiries received through sales representatives
3. Purchase the tender after getting approval from the respective line manager
4. Prepare & follow up on sales quotations with the sales team for timely submission
5. Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries regarding products or services that are offered
6. Maintain accurate documentation for submission of quotations to customers
7. Prepare the cover letter of bid and performance bonds and submit it to the accounts department
8. Source items by looking up the product online and communicate with manufacturers around the world

Probation details: The job will start with a probation period of 3 months, during which the stipend will be Rs 10000/month.
