About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare a monthly blog calendar
2. Work on the training & supervision of bloggers
3. Work on the thorough SEMrush research - keyword research, competition analysis, backlink gaps, etc.
4. Work on preparing the blog outline & conducting subject research
5. Work on insights collection on the subject with the help of the team
6. Prepare blog feedback reports
7. Work on ensuring SEO compliant blogs
8. Work on screening vendor & customer requests for feature
9. Work on competition analysis
10. Look for paid blog & collaboration opportunities
11. Work on the monthly audit of blogs

Social Media Marketing English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Blogging Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Who can apply

1. Must have writing experience, preferably in fashion-related subjects (will ask you to share blog links and/or Word docs of past writings)

2. Must have completed education and not distracted with side courses and/or preparation for competitive exams

3. Interest in a career in marketing/mass media/writings

4. Excellent spoken and written English language skills

5. Must have a laptop in good working condition and high-speed wifi broadband at home

6. Comfortable speaking directly to the brands/content contributors

7. Ability to create highly readable content

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 - 16,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 3.25 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
