About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding business, technology scenarios & needs and identifying opportunities
2. Working on new business development involving prospect development
3. Researching and building relationships with new clients
4. Working on business cycle management, inside sales, account management, and selling multiple solutions offered by Advids
5. Planning approaches and pitches
6. Working with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
7. Working on solution offerings and business cases to the client & involved in the preparation of proposals
8. Mastering email & calls for international sales
9. Learning best practices related to onboarding, consulting, product positioning, etc.
10. Syncing yourself with Advids philosophy and guides
11. Learning from team members on how to get better
12. Joining weekly team meetings and debriefing sessions
13. Helping other team members improve with any newfound knowledge
14. Helping customers win and giving them a reason to smile

Who can apply

1. Effective communication and presentation skills

2. Strong analytical, networking, and management skills

3. Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment

4. Should be able to adapt to new knowledge and software tools to increase productivity

5. Should be able to understand the fundamentals of online sales or sales using software and sales tools

6. Must be ready to work in night shifts for international clients

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
