Business Development Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain and develop a good relationship with authors via email, telephone, etc.
2. Act as a link between the company and its existing and future clients
3. Send the required files to authors, receive the required files and arrange those files in their proper drives and folders
4. Review the MS Word files for quality and identify and correct the errors in them
5. Update the publishing process statuses of authors in an Excel sheet
6. Help management in discussing products, services, and strategies
7. Evaluate your own performance and strive to exceed their goals
8. Identify problems and come up with solutions to fix them

Probation details: The job will start with a probation period of one month. You ll be given proper training in this period. However, this period can be cut short or extended based on the individual s performance and at the discretion of the management. Your pay during the probation period will be 10,000 INR if you complete the period.
