The candidates would be generating revenue for the team through educational consulting and by closing sales deals (face-to-face/inside sales). You will get a chance to rub shoulders with alumni of ISB, IIMs, and NITs.
Key responsibilities:
1. Interacting with students and visiting colleges across India
2. Counselling and talking to students and discussing their career plans and counseling them on way forward including discussing the potential of how the products will help them in their goals
3. Working on team planning and starting the day with a team meeting to discuss the plan for the day
4. Working on cold calling a few students who attended programs earlier
5. Nurturing your potential customers by sharing relevant information and establishing relations
6. Upskilling yourself with one of the in-house courses so that you are upgrading yourself daily
7. Working on pipeline analysis and learning from industry veterans on how to manage your revenue pipeline and strategizing accordingly
8. Negotiating with potential customers on the deals
9. Learning the digital best practices and negotiation best practices from industry veterans
Candidates who have completed graduation in engineering, taken up sales internships, and can speak multiple Indian languages
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Should have strong regional language communication
Freshers and candidates with less than 1 year of experience can apply
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
