Business Development Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Exploring contacts, network, and social media to identify institutes, coaching centers, and schools needing help with running online classes
2. Meeting targets for platform subscription sales (the platform provides the ability to set up your own online school or institute in less than 5 minutes)
3. Analyzing the demand from the users to help define how the product should evolve

Probation details:

1. The stipend during probation shall be Rs. 10000/month with 50% fixed and 50% variable component.
2. There shall also be incentives on subscription sales allowing exceeding earnings.
3. The probation period shall be six months, which can be shortened for well-performing candidates. At the same time, a lack of satisfactory performance shall lead to early termination.
