Key responsibilities:

1. Learn best practices related to client onboarding, support, customer success, etc.
2. Sync yourself with Intesome's client experience philosophy and guides
3. Learn from team members on how to get better
4. Join weekly team meetings and debriefing sessions
5. Help other team members improve with any newfound knowledge
6. Help customers win and give them a reason to smile
7. Work on interacting with international clients via email and phone
8. Coordinate with the client for lead conversion
9. Work on onboarding clients

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%

Shift timings - 7 PM to 3 AM
