Must be empathetic, high on communication, and a self-starter who is hands-on in managing parent/student/teacher relationships and solving unexpected situations
Must be able to appreciate the role of data in the supporting process and forming strategic decisions
Must have a bachelor’s degree
Fluency in written and spoken English and spoken Hindi required
Familiarity with Kannada or Bengali preferred
Should have an internship or project-based experience exemplifying the mindset highlighted above
Experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles would be preferred
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,20,000 /year
