DeepThought is a funded growing startup requiring a cross-functional education innovation manager who can work with different teams to drive organizational growth.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on mathematics and young CEO curriculum development & develop worksheets & quizzes around designated chapters as per the DeepThought framework
2. Work on teaching management and impact articulation in conjunction with our story lab
3. Work on conducting internal training sessions for various teams for organizational alignment and a clearer understanding of critical concepts like thought leadership and research-based learning

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
DeepThought (DT), a DeepTech product innovation company, dreams of transforming every school/college into an MIT/Harvard/IISER-style research institution by 2030. Our SD LMS (Socratic dialogue learning management system) is based on DT's thread-building technology. DT (SD LMS) helps product startups in grooming beginners for product-innovation roles.
Some of our early clients are Kringle.ai (loyalty programs), Growpital (agri-tech), and IPx (fintech). In the long term, we'd like to serve schools, colleges, corporations, and institutions with a research and innovation culture. DT is funded by 5 school leaders, 3 parents, and 3 technologists including Mr. S.Vishwanathan (former CPO, NIIT Technologies), Mr. Anup Kalbalia (former lead, CodeChef), and Dr. Jyothi Reddy (Director of Education, The Shriram Universal School).
