About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on developing key features of a couple of in-house products and write clean & well-structured code considering several edge cases as well
2. Work on architectural brainstorming, attending inter-disciplinary coordination meetings, and coming up with creative ideas to implement new features efficiently
3. Work on simple DevOps activities in addition to software development

Probation details: There will be a 6-month probationary period to identify a mutual fit. The salary during that period will be Rs 12000 per month. You will be considered for a bonus based on your performance after the confirmation of employment.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
