We are looking for general management associates to augment key departments as we scale up and enter a high growth phase in our company's journey.
Key responsibilities:
1. Month 1-Month 3: This will be a business development role where the MT will work as an individual contributor for our digital business, which could be in digital analytics or social media marketing, or business development
2. Month 4-Month 6: The business development role will continue on successful completion of months 1-3
3. Post Month 6: Appointment to the position of assistant manager in any department of Redwood Algorithms ranging from HR, operations, branding & digital marketing
Note: The structure will be a 6-month probation period and based on performance during the probation period, you will be recruited to the position of assistant manager at Redwood Algorithms. The compensation for months 1-3 will be Rs 10,000/month. For months 4-6, it will be Rs 15000/month. Exceptional performers can be promoted to assistant manager post completion of month 3 itself. Post 6 months, they can be promoted to managerial level at a CTC of 3L - 4L.
Only final year MBA students shall apply
Key attributes that will be assessed during months 1-3: Ambition, communication skills, and discipline
Key attributes that will be assessed during months 4-6: Leadership skills (team-building of the business development team), ability to manage 3-6 individual business development juniors, and networking skills (ability to build connections on LinkedIn/other platforms)
Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and Excel proficiency is mandatory
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
