About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Concept, develop and execute visually stunning designs for web and other digital platforms
2. Work on the production, organizing, and cataloging of site assets
3. Collaborate with designers, managers, and other stakeholders for feedback
4. Collaborate closely with the content programming teams daily
5. Assist with real-time problem solving of design issues
6. Set and achieve high creative standards that meet the expectations of the brand
7. Work closely and align the work as per leaders' goals and expectations

Adobe After Effects Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop
Earn certifications in these skills
Learn Adobe Photoshop
Learn Adobe After Effects
Learn Graphic Design
Who can apply

1. Demonstrated skills in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (After Effects is a plus)

2. Demonstrated understanding of composition, typography, and color usage

3. Have a sample of static digital creations, preferably along the lines of logos, iconography, original graphics (patterns, editorial-like illustrations, etc.), ad suites, or branded website placements

4. Have a portfolio/work that is clean and easy to navigate

5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 85%

2. Variable component: 15%
