2. Create and implement recruiting strategies to get the desired jobs and agencies onboarded
3. Connect and build long-term relationships with HRs in various companies and HR agencies
4. Recognize and strive to meet the client's hiring needs
5. Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels and research in the market place
