Key responsibilities:
1. Understanding customer needs and providing solutions
2. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
3. Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
4. Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned territory
5. Performing effective online demos to prospects
6. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales to lead for further development and closure
The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets.
MBA candidates would be preferred
0-1 year of prior experience in sales/inside sales for professional services/B2B products in India would be preferable
Excellent communication skills; should have strong written/oral command over English, and should effectively communicate with the top brass of the organization
Strong presentation and negotiating skills
Good market knowledge and should have good exposure to sales planning/forecast
Excellent prospecting and closing skills
Strong in secondary research
Ability to be a high impact player on multiple simultaneous engagements
Ability to think strategically, balancing long and short-term priorities
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
1. Work location: Work from home (you have to arrange a working laptop, fast speed internet, mobile phone and connection, a workstation and a secluded place to work and talk)
2. Working days/hours: Monday-Friday are working; 2 leaves a month; 8 hours of working per day
3. Compensation (CTC): 10k per month inclusive of all during probation; post probation we will offer 3-5 lacs CTC on confirmation depending upon your performance. Probation will be 3 months can be extended for another 3 months if required.
