Must be excellent at creating and closing new opportunities
Must be able to use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
Should be fluent in English and Hindi
Should have excellent knowledge of internet-based recruiting tools (i.e. LinkedIn, Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, CB, etc.)
Must have 1+ years' quota-carrying sales experience (enthusiastic freshers may also apply)
Should have experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Should have a demonstrable track record of over-achieving quotas
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
