About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding business, technology scenarios & needs and identifying opportunities
2. Handling new business development involving prospect development
3. Researching and building relationships with new clients
4. Handling business cycle management, international business development, account management, and selling multiple solutions offered
5. Planning approaches and pitches
6. Working with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
7. Working on solution offerings and business cases to the client & involving client onboarding
8. Managing international sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues on a timely, reliable, and consistent basis
9. Strengthening the company's international sales and indulging in client onboarding
10. Running targeted software sales & marketing campaigns for business development
11. Working with the content team to understand what sales & marketing collateral can make the business development process stronger

Note: You will be directly involved in discussions with the end client globally. As a complete software and technology-enabled company, we expect our sales executives to use the modern cutting-edge sales method and protocols.

Who can apply

1. Effective communication and presentation skills

2. Strong analytical, networking, and management skills

3. Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment

4. Should be able to adapt to new knowledge and software tools to increase productivity

5. Should be able to understand the fundamentals of online sales or sales using software and sales tools

6. Must be ready to work in night shifts for international clients

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
