About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Interacting with food delivery service providers such as Doordash, UberEats, and Grubhub on a daily basis
2. Onboarding new restaurants into these delivery service providers
3. Having regular calls with delivery service providers and clearing the blockers and preparing the store for launches
4. Following the current onboarding process and guidelines and recording each stage in our tools
5. Suggesting and improving our onboarding process (we will love to hear your ideas)
6. Collaborating with the sales and delivery team and driving the launches smoothly

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Business Communication

Other requirements

MBA graduates preferred

Strong communication skills (English)

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,20,000 - 6,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
