JEE/NEET Online Faculty Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Mentoring and coaching students for CBSE + JEE (advanced & mains)/Olympiad/KVPY/NTSE/SAT using an online mode
2. Working on subject-related counseling/guidance sessions and mentoring programs
3. Delivering academic and counseling sessions offline & online (author live platform)
4. Preparing the lesson plans, delivering lectures and engaging the students in the discussion process
5. Working on clearing the doubts of students & providing them the best practice lessons for being efficient in the subject based on diagnostic tests
6. Conducting demos (seminars, webinars, and inductions programs for students and parents) both in India and abroad
7. Working on content research/development/analytics i.e. creating & upgrading teaching material, sample papers, and study materials
8. Conducting the group discussions for students so they can solve the problems among themselves
9. Inspiring students, getting them into discussions and developing their skill sets
10. Training fellow mates/junior consultants
11. Working on quality checks
