About the job
Wono is looking for a data entry associate who will help us maintain the database by entering new and updated customer and account information. We currently use HubSpot as a CRM and have Excel sheets that need some support.

Key responsibilities:

1. Enter a variety of data using the current technology
2. Prepare and sort documents for data entry
3. Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
4. Review and enter data updates in the systems
5. Review discrepancies in the received data
6. Advise the supervisor of issues related to data

MS-Office MS-PowerPoint MS-Word

Who can apply

1. Should have some previous experience in data entry or other related fields

2. Excellent typing skills

3. Strong organizational skills

4. Should be deadline and detail-oriented

5. Should be able to prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information

6. Should be able to establish entry priorities and process customer & account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies

Salary

Annual CTC: 5 - 6.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
